Tonya has committed more than 16 years to Community building from medical services to community mental health serving in a multitude of culturally sensitive background of individuals of the Latino and African American Community. She served in roles in one of the top Nations Hospital in Upstate Rochester, New York which service people from all over the globe.
She also help Co-Found what started out being a Community and local based Entertainment Community which gave local and surrounding Artists the opportunity to showcase their talents to what is now a Worldwide success that has featured some of the most prominent Artists.
She transitioned the Company into a notable event in which honors Women and Men locally and Worldwide.
Tonya is also the founder of an award-winning, empowerment organization called All Women Rock which received Rochesters New York , City of Proclamation from the Mayor in October of 2016. AWR will be entering into it's seventh year of existence.
She founded the prestigious organization of Mask Removal Transparency Empowering.
Mask Removal is an outlet that service individuals on a spiritual level that is ready to remove their Mask(s) in order to empower and motivate transparency.
Tonya has a life long passion of community service and development with longevity goal to empower Men and Women, to build and rebuild one Community at a time.

As Community Villages' Founder, Tanya is a selfless practitioner who wholeheartedly enjoys the connection with others.
A graduate of UNC Charlotte with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, D'Nicole serves as Program Consultant.
Tanya is Community Villages' Interim Secretary and has worked for 16 years in community mental health programs.
Eve is an administrative assistant who is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in sociology at California Polytechnic State University and is passionate about the arts as well as activism, disability rights, and education.
Christopher is a 21 year veteran in the United States Navy and serves as a member of the social media team. He is passionate about addiction, poverty, and rehabilitation issues in rural areas and veterans' mental health issues.
